i have been trying to do that workout at least twice a week, as busy as i have been lately it has been 1 time a week, but i also go out dancing at least every other week, and thats like 3 hours of exercise lol. so far i have lost 6 pounds and about an 1.5 inches off my waist (cant be certain but the belt is loose even if different pants sizes say different things lol) gonna have to put a new hole in it soon, but im ok with that.Never fear I is here

i go up and down with my weight, i used to be average, i will never say i was thin, even at my lightest weight i wasnt skinny, just not in my build, but i was fairly lean, what i would like to do now is just get down a little, and tone some too, i dont want to be thin nore will i ever be, because i love good food too much, and good food isnt always good for you lol. the key is to be happy with who you are no matter what. But i think Dancing makes me lose weight the best. but i kinda go hardcore, (i like electronic music and breakin) or gettin into a moshpit at a punk show, that will burn some calories real fast, i really think increased attivity is better then just cutting out food and calories, because its better for your muscles and your heart. but not always on the aches and pains,
oh and congrats Treston on your Ski score, im not that good at that one, but i challenge you to your high score on the hula hoops. you post yours and i will go find out mine.Never fear I is here
