The command to see if you are getting packet loss from a command prompt
ping -t www.dell.com
Run it for about 5 minutes and then crtl+c and break it.
Then look at the percentage for packet loss.. no more than 1% allowed on comcast's network -- if higher than 1% call comcast and have them reset your modem or get them to come out and check your wiring.. because if the place you have is to old the wiring will be bad.

Yes yesterday was fun :) we have to do that again one of these days :) I am so happy right now I already went to the bathroom and leaked in there -- so I could flush it :) :)
