I have a bunch sealed sets in the attic at my parents house. probably will be there for a loong time. It was fun back in the day to collect them.

My most valuable is my 83 or 84 wade boggs. I actually keep a folder of cards that have value so I can pass them down to my son and keep them in good condition.

I would have to pull them out to verify, but I think it is Topps. Last I checked, the 70s and 80s Fleer and Donruss cards were not worth that much compared to Topps of the same decade. Fleer really took off again in the 90s. I think it dealt with the quality of the card itself...but some correct me if I am wrong.

Yeah Fleer really took off in the 90's with those foil cards or something like that.

I have a certified Autographed Nolan Ryan.
Boxes upon boxes of Rookie cards across the board.

I have like 30 of a single holograph David Robinson last I checked they went for $250 ea.

It is also nice to have family that works in that industry. My brother in law has sent my son several nice cards in the last few years every Christmas. He doesnt know the worth, but a rookie Vince Young could easily be productive in a few years.
