You know when you where at the academy you should have asked to see the box for the rifle. Tell them there is no harm in being right.. because the box will have the information that the manufacture put on it. Match up the serials (box and rifle) and then see what is on the box. This way you are 100% for sure. (unless of course the box is incorrectly labeled)

This is NOT the time of the year you want to keep the meat from a hog or anything else for that matter.. Right now its SUPER bug infested and the hog right now is working on getting fat for winter. You always want to kill hogs around thanksgiving until deer season and then deer for deer season and then immediately afterwards hogs again. Once the weather gets over 65 at night then its time to stop. Hogs at this time a year should be shot and then just dragged into a hole. The only hog meats I would touch right now is from a piglet.

you may have noticed i said from a frozen storage jesp lol. im just excited because i will be off saturdays in 5 weeks, and then i will be able to go on overnights to go hunting, i will have to come back early, but will be able to actually go. because i also want some hog leather (got a lot of projects planned.)Never fear I is here

not to get too off topic but i also recently got 4 compound bows to go hunting with, i gotta clean them up a bit, and get new bow strings, but the price was super right. so i want to try those out soon too.Never fear I is here
