yeah, its a damn shame the way people crave the drama. I see so many people that actually watch and enjoy watching E!
Its kinda sick. Everybody knows (or thinks they know) all this juicy gossip about celebrities because TV told you so, when we should mind our own business and let them be PEOPLE. I dont think people put themselves in the shows of the celebs and try to imagine what it'd be like to have every second of your life scrutinized then spread all over TV.
Michael Jackson may not have been a "model citizen" and he may have done some kinda sick stuff....but he made Thrilller......Thriller......

Good riddance. He had the money of a prince and used it to build toy room that had alarms when adults were coming.
He also had the world's worst father.
His jams were great though. The Thriller vinyl I got from my parents along with Dark Side of Moon and Abbey road are some of my favorite albums I got from them.
He just turned into something really weird before he died. He hardly looked human.
Perhaps he only loved children, and others looking to get paid made him into the monster that he looked like in the Thriller video. All those alligations were to earn millions of dollars at the expense of making the world believe a lie.
His music will transcend generations. Thriller was the only album I can calculate that my parents bought after me and my sister were born. That and some schiteah Genesis record.

i think we can all argue about his alleged wackiness for years, but one thing i would think most of us cannot deny is his immense talents and the contribution he has made to music and pop culture, so lets focus on the positive and what has given billions (and yes billions) of people around the world lots of good times and jams, specially anyone who grew up in the 70s or 80s, it is hard to imagine mj not being around.... RIP65 gallon - ADA 120p - planted
55 gallon - AGA standard - mix cichlid
30 gallon tall - eclipse acrylic - semi-planted
live and let live

He may have been strange, A lot of people that talented and famous have to hide from society and are basically introverts because that's the only way that can have some semblance of life, It's an unspoken and ignored part of our society in all facets. I work with people who are extremely smart and talented that can't carry a normal conversation. One of my favorites Van Morrison is basically a loaner who shuns publicity.
What blows my mind is the amount of debt he was allowed to amass. And we wonder why the economy is shot and our banking system is cratering.

Yeah I have. It's all on paper and he couldn't cash it. He's got 100's of millions in debt. If his paper was liquid assets he would not have the debt which at the end of the day were all held accountable for by rising interest rates and fees and government bailout costing us as taxpayers and 401k holders more of our hard earned savings and suffer more losses so the fools who loaned him the money and every other bad investment they are making alive.
7 more banks failed this week making it 50+ ytd.

So his debt cause 7 more banks to fail this week? I call that bull****! YOu kow it and your point is not worthy of the server space it's taking up.
Point 1...http://www.dailyfinance.com/2009/06/...illion-in-unp/
I'm not sure about you but most people carry a debt for most of their working life. So before you blame one man for causing the US economy to go to hell look at the person next to you.
Point 2 What causing the banks to close! Lending more than they can cover, or making risky loans can lead to shaky foundations. Now do you think 52 banks close behind his debt?
Start with America greed of having more and paying for it over time.
Start with America greed of not saving
Start with America greed of buying items they cannot afford ie house
Really..next time come correct or dont come at all.
PS.....the so call war in Iraq may have something to do with the bank closing also...just wanted to share that with you
