Wow...the King of Pop is dead!

Michael Jackson have pass at the age of 50.

The latter years are what people going to remember the most but his early years are the ones that I will cherish the most. It was a time when music was real and fun was fun.

I know there is a time for death but this one is kinda hard to swallow. Because I lost a beautiful woman and the greatest pop singer in one day.

I know man...I heard on the radio on the drive home. 97.9 will be jamming his hits all day long... so sit back, turn it up, tip your cap and enjoy the good stuff.

He went off the reservation after Dangerous, but I too enjoy his early work.

I'll always remember him performing "Black or White" live on FOX aftter the Simpsons. I can't remember if that was before or after he morphed from a panther into his human-self, then started a break-dance routine on a street scene laid out similar to Gene Kelly's "Singing In The Rain". And of course I'll never forget him on top of that car, grabbing himself, screaming, then busting out all the windows with a baseball bat.

Farrah Fawcett to

It was sad to hear the CNN announcer saying that Farrah Fawcett's death was going be the main story tonight, but it was over shadowed by the death of MJ. Both incredible people in their own. I loved some of MJ's earlier stuff, specially off the thriller album, and like others have said Farrah was one of the first pin up girls that Gen X had hanging in their room.
For both families I wish them well :)

I used to be the biggest Jackson fan as a kid his music will always transcend time but he will always be remembered by whether he did or didnt mess with kids unfortunately.

I only started listening to his music a few months ago. I've not heard everything but I like what I've heard. Do we know how he died? Is it related to his 'lupus'?

i still can't fathom the fact that he's gone....i'm just so overwhelmed about this news.....i've admired him all my life being the exact same age as he was.....god bless the family and the fans.....
i was already saddened about Farrah's death today....wow...
