I had my cousin who is 11 out from Arizona and he had never been fishing. There is a pond behind the house I grew up in and there is perch (sunfish) that will eat anything and are really easy to pull up.
A older chinese lady, a young one my age, and a baby come by and they don't speak much english or are really shy. They have one of the fish in the bag and want to trade me for one of the ones that I caught.
I figured they probably have an aquarium.
They really are pretty fish, I pulled up one that had really nice blue with a bright yellow belly.
We would throw a few in a bucket of water. Then after 4 or 5 were in there, let them go.
One got really excited and took a wicked jump nearly out of the bucket.
If you keep perch I image that would have to be a closed top tank.
