As a long time Doberman advocate, I can say that I agree with you...I am on fire to own a Boerboel.
My Dobies were from many years ago, when they were less popular and much higher quality. The characteristics of a Boerboel match those of a well bred Dobie, and those are rare today.
Presa Canarios ate that California lady in her apt hallway a few years ago, and were set off by that weird Lawyer lady...a bit too popular with the Arayan Brotherhood, seem to be a bit more aggressive of a breed without cause.
