does anyone know whats the cost of fixing car ac? like replacing the condenser and such?

umm it depends on the model and whether or not they have to take your dash off... If they do have to take your dash off you looking at min. of $800

I do mobile ac work, actually I do everything, Master ASE tech. If doing a condenser, that goes in front of the radiator, on some cases when you remove the dash is to replace the evaporator.

parts are probably going to hurt more than anything else, unless you are doing the evaporator (labor intensive). Buy quality parts, that way you dont have to pay to do it twice, and always replace the drier whenever you open the system.
