For those who enjoy the flovor of the pepper but not the heat try this.

Take your pepper, cut it open and de-seed it. than take the pepper and put it cut side down UNDERNEATH whatever it is you're cooking. I do this w/ chicken all the time. jalepeno flavor without the burnt tongue.
    ‎Haiku's are easy
But sometimes they don't make sense

Yes, the base is a frozen margarita. What's midori? I'm not well versed on alcoholic stuff.

As mahoro mentioned, it starts with a basic frozen margarita. But then they add about 3-5 different things over that. I don't know what all they add, but it ends up being very sweet and fruity. I bet you'd like it!

I got curious, and this is what I found as a recipe for Swamp Thing:

A 5-star recipe for Pappadeaux's Swamp Thing made with raspberry liqueur, frozen hurricane, frozen margarita, melon

              Ingredients:
              Chambord Raspberry Liqueur
              frozen hurricane
              frozen margarita
              Midori Melon Liqueur

              Directions:
The bottom layer is Chambord Raspberry Liqueur, followed by a generous layer of frozen hurricane, followed by a generous layer of frozen margarita, followed by a thin layer of Midori Melon Liqueur.

Shelley loves that drink, I love Jalapenos, grilled, in salsa, I have a friend though that sits there and eats pickled ones straight out of the jar, and will sit there and eat a whole jar.

I like Chambord. My sister had a drink with some in it and it was good and I like margaritas. I'm gonna have to try it sometime.

I like them fresh/whole with my fajitas. or just a thin fresh, crisp strip of one stuffed in the center of my spicy crab and spicy tuna sushi roll.

actually Texas Hog Hunter (Don) made a few batches of wine out of jalapenos. he made one batch without seeds and said it was good to drink, and then he made a batch with seeds, that more useful as a marinade, we still drank it at the holiday party, MMMMm shots of jalapeno wine, i can still remember my mouth burning.
