after watching 3 seasons of F WORD, it got me thinking for a bit, as a sushi chef, i know where my seafood comes from and how its killed/dressed/stored/etc...
so would you raither know where your food comes where, how its killed and etc etc or would you raither just go to a store and pick up ur meat in a package and not knowing how it live its life and how it was done...
this will be my first year to hunt... i'll learn how to end its life and how to dress it right... but if thing goes wrong, we'll have a vegetarian sushi chef on the board.... roflamo...
