Well I feel behind on my mortgage payments over the last 3 months. It's been eating me up. I called Wells Fargo and they offered me a loan modification. I don't have to make a payment till July 1st. I did make one today though. It add's 10 years to my loan and the payments go up $23.00 a month. Looks like DOG get's to hang around a little longer. Hopefully this economy will pick up. it's going to be nice to sleep tonight!

I have never been good at saving money. That's got to change. I work straight commision. It's been great for over 20yr's at the same company. But June 1st retail just dissapeared and still no sign of the American people spending money. Maybe it will pick up March or April? Who knows.200
