My Homework this weekend: Due Diligence on Thresher Industries (THRR). Thresher and it's subsidiaries own numerous pattents and received a Letter of Intent to purchase 100% of all outstanding shares of common stock. Currently in the Due Diligence phase of the acquisition, THRR is trading on the open market at 18% of the tendered offer price. Thresher and it's suitor are targeting closure of the deal by March 10th

O, I thought you were going to purchase the whole company!
I know very little about them. My portfolio right now is mainly made of large mutual funds.
And I adjust the percent of risk to gain ratio depending on the industry and marco market conditions.
With the full time job, I don't have time to watch the market as closely as before.
Good like on the investment!
