who has large tanks on the second floor?

    man, Thanks everyone for good advices and comments. i feel safer after reading you guys' thoughts. I'm civil engineering student, so i know how much the beam can hold th floor, but the size, the types of material,floor slab are unknown to me, it's an old complex apartment i think, but as someone here said, if i had a party and like 10-200lbs guys stand at one spot, the floor would not fall down.
    just some simple maths calculations: in the area of 5ftx 2ft, i can have 10 standing guys X 200lbs each guy = 2000lbs, 160gallons x 8lb per gallon = 1280lbs+ weight of tank(200lbs)+ rock + decoration( 200lbs)= 1680lbs. I'm still safe.
    and yes, i will put something flat underneath the stand to share all the weights to total area of the stand's footprint.
