I am going to be grilling Shrimp KaBobs.
Here is what I am doing...
Melting 2 sticks of butter and 2 teaspoons of minced garlic.
Then putting 2lbs of large Gulf Shrimp, peeled except the tails, in a ziplock with the butter/garlic mixture.
Then building my skewers with the following...
Shrimp - Pineapple - Jalepeno - Red/Yellow Bell Pepper - and repeat
Then brush on the remaining butter/garlic and sprinkle fresh cilantro.
Then grill 2-3 minutes per side.
