She is a beauty, they are great for a natural insect control and rarely move their web once they are established. The tiny little males look quite ridiculous comparatively, I imagine its like approaching a Titan.In the land of the blind, the one-eyed man is king.

I really like spiders, and would've gone the "better jar than dead" route.
I only kill a spidder if I can't get it out of the area of my immediate living space...no bites allowed in my house.
