Okay everyone...this is the LAST CALL for free kittens! The last 3 are going to Citizens for Animal Protection (CAP) on Saturday to participate in the weekend adoption program, so get them while you can from me for FREE!
If you are on the fence about getting a kitten, or you know you will eventually want a kitten, here are the reasons why you should go ahead and take one of these....
1. I started petting and holding these kittens the night they were born. I have talked to them and handled them every single day. This means they are very socialized and don't mind being held AT ALL. When you pick them up, they are just limp and relaxed. No Fear. There has not been any stress or trauma, so no worries about behavioral issues. They are very well adjusted, trusting, calm kittens (except when they are playing...there is nothing 'calm' about that).
2. They've had their 1st round of kitten shots, so now all you'll need to do is take them for the booster in Mid-May. They've also tested negative for Feline Leukemia and negative for worms*. Dr. Brust said they look very healthy. They each weigh about 2 1/2 lbs. *CAP gave them a dewormer even though they tested negative for worms...kind of ticked me off, but what can ya do?
3. They are all litter box trained and are eating Kitten Chow mixed with a little wet canned food (Friskies or 9 Lives). So no worries about them getting an upset tummy while switching from kitten food to regular food. They are already eating both.
4. They are very very smart. Anytime they hear us getting ice in the kitchen, they all come running to play with a random ice cube that drops to the floor. It only took 1 time of this happening for them to associate the sound of the ice dispenser with the ice cube 'toy'. Seriously. Now we just get an extra piece to give them to play with.
Female Gray Tabby ADOPTED
She has the most beautiful markings. You just can't tell from the photo, but she has stripes on her head and back, and spots on her belly and chest. She started off being a little stand-offish, but is now really sweet and cuddly.

Male Black Short-hair
This guy is really really sweet and is one of the favorites anytime we go anywhere (Vet, or CAP evaluation). If there is something going on, he is in the middle of it!

Male Orange Medium Hair
100% lap cat. If I'm sitting down, he is in my lap. No exceptions. He is one of the sweetest kittens I've ever been around. And he purrs SO loud.
