I'm a huge fan of any kind of racing, especially if it involves cars. That being said, I went to the Houston Grand Prix and was not impressed. I've been to NHRA and I believe that's my favorite kind of racing to watch in person. Mainly BC i can see the whole race from one seat. When i went to the grand prix I only got to see one turn at a time and that kind of frustrated me. Same turn over and over. Sucks BC road racing is my favorite, IMO it encompasses everything a car should be, handling, acceleration, and braking. If I'm going to be watching road racing its gonna be on my TV from my couch, solely BC i can see the whole the race. I will say though while at the race I had a good time. Always good fun when you can see amazing cars in action.

I prefer drag racing. My wife likes nascar so i have to watch that lol.

My buddy was at the indy race at sonoma he said they had big screens set up so you could watch the whole race. So im hoping they will do the same in houston. but either way im gonna go lol.

Hey Chris, these cars are not nearly as flashy but, I know where you can see a pretty good drag. Go sit at the Jiffy Lube on the feeder at 59 @ the entrance of Greatwood. When the cars come out of the turn from under the freeway, the gun it to cut off traffic coming from behind them and shoot across to turn into Greatwood. Sometimes you get alittle fender rubbing and other times you get to see bumper to bumper stops.

I no, not exsactly what your looking for but, for us cheap folk's, it'll do.

Moto GP Austin!!

Cant wait! Where would this be? I know they began making a F1 race track in Austin. I only watch F1 and Formula Drift, and of course I love street racing.

Austin's F1 race is in November and Moto GP will be later on. they think the track will be done early October for testing. I love racing, but i love to race more than to watch.

Yeah, I love to race more than watching. Cant wait till I am 16 so I can get my car and a drivers license. I already know how to drive stick shift and to parallel park and I am only 12.

i started with Karting and i stop racing in 2006. but i am looking to get into it again.
