Crazy Offshore stuff I see and catch!!!!

Great pics, babe. I love the falcon, owl and dolphins especially...it's crazy how much beautiful wildlife you guys share space with out there.

Whoa thats amazing I truly envy you to be able to work and fish there! So are you there just for the majority of the year and come back home for holidays? Do you have to take a boat that drops you there? I would love to be able to fish there everyday? Has there ever been any scary instances like you almost fell off or a huge wave came?

He works 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off...usually takes a helicopter in and out but if the bird can't fly due to weather then it's a boat ride, instead. I'm sure he can tell you how much they all love that, those boat rides can get pretty hellish.


And I'm sure he doesn't tell me everything (lol) but yeah, there's quite a few scary things out there- high winds, waterspouts, heavy machinery, etc- plus you are basically sitting on a giant bomb and your job is to not let it explode. It's a pretty dangerous job, but it does have it's perks, for sure!
