The original idea of t-shirts was to help Ken pay for the servers etc...
The link shows t-shirts in the range of around $10, and polo shirts in the range of $14. You would have to be willing to add a premium to these t's in order to help the website. Id certainly be willing to pay more than the cost, if the extra went to the sites maintenance.Comment

Cafepress.com will let you upload designs and print them (one at a time, per order) on all kinds of things, including t-shirts and mugs. HFB could have a CafePress store and then we could just all buy what we'd like, if/when designs are done.
