i saw an ad on craigslist talkin about a 12" oscar goin for 500?? or atleast a hundred is what he posted. are they that valuable or is he outta his mind? then again he does admit he has no idea what its worth.

That's about eatin' size!! People show oscars? Or was he talking about to put in a big tank and show off? Hmmm...maybe he'll find someone else who doesn't know what they're worth...then he might be able to sell it for that much...LOL!

That is kinda crazy.
They are too easy to get little and just grow out. I had some nice Flower Horns at one time, just look at my avatar. I miss him, but I know he is in good hands. They had one like him at city pets for like $300. I sold him I think like for $50-60.
Big fish are cool, they just limit what you can use tank space for.Raul
