I've always had problems with Comcast, but never any problems when they were Time Warner Cable. Anyone else? Oh I'd like to mention it's raining right now...

Comcast is almost as bad as wave vision. I hate both. Service and customer service sucks.

i hate comcast! they had come to my house to "fix" the issue but never did and they charged me $50 for a tech fee which never fixed the issue. got fed up and had to chat online with them like 3 times to get it credit back to my account.

canceled them and went with directv and im saving $50/month now.

if you want to get directv. let me know and we can both save $10/month if i refer you!

They've always came to our house to fix something... We also had a old modem before they upgraded to Xfinity and we weren't even on their systems. I have no clue what happened there. They told us to come in and they'll swap out the modems for a Xfinity one. Not even a week later, that modem got fried. We had to go back and replace the modem again! Ever since we swapped from the old modem to Xfinity, the connect has gotten worse and there will be periods where the internet will be out the whole day and come back on at night.

What are the rates for Directv? We're paying I think $40? or $60 a month? Can't remember.

i got the second to best tier choice ultimate and i think its like $50ish plus tax and what not and i got the top of the line dvr box which i paid $400 w/ $300instant rebate so pretty much $100 for the dvr.

the machine is a lil slow at "changing" channels but its worth saving the extra $50 w/ comcast.

i still have internet with comcast which is at a ridiculous $50/month but i got my own cable modem docsis 3.0 which supposedly downloads a bit faster w/o having to upgrade your download tier rate with comcast and i dont have to pay them $7/month rental fee for theirs POS modems and of course i got my mac airport extreme router.

AHhhh I'm so slow LOL! I was thinking directv had internet. I don't have cable tv, but if I were to get cable, I'd let you know so we can hit up that savings deal. We got some Xfinity modem, but we don't have to pay $7/month rental fee. Their modems are a POS... They short out easily, they're slow, and they're just a waste of space. Good thing we recently got a ASUS RT-N66U "Dark Knight" router! The thing is a beast packed into a slim box. Ridiculously fast when you pair it with an ASUS USB-N13 adapter!
