Hello Mods,
I am aware of all the scrutiny and immature ways of some posters here on the sell / trade part of forum.
And while I wholeheartedly understand that there are rules and requirements being broken by such individuals; however can you please lift the "page that has the submit understand the rules count down" to certain IP addys or revise it in a manner that once you have submitted to record your ip and not pop up again?
It has become an annoying nuisance for me when I refresh the page as I refresh the page periodically throughout the day.
Or if there is a better way for me (probably others) to have the said page go up once?

I think it goes off of your username so it shouldn't keep popping up if you stayed logged in.

Its popped up a few times on me. When I'm not logged in, such as when following a link from a HFB email, it pops up but if I log in and refresh it goes away. You will get logged out if you leave the webpage open for too long so I assume that is what you mean Frankie.

There is a way to accept certain ip addys
I dont allow cookies nor do i want to be logged in all day on my work pc
if i leave the site up w/o log in than for the most part it does not prompt the reminder filter when i refresh, in which is what i will do

I know and wholeheartedly understand why it is up.
repetition is key and if that what this forum needs, then i am all for it

this site has a lounge for other such occasions.
