Yep I am quitting cold turkey...

I have a friend who quit a long time ago and still wears a patch...my fish house:
2.5g- ramshorn hatchery
6g eclipse- yellow shrimp, chili rasboras, yellow apple snails
29g- geo grow-out, angels, 12"fire eel, dwarf frog, apple snails
45g- jade sleeper gobies, native killifish, feeder endlers
75g- 2 oscars, parrot, silver dollars, albino channel cat, syno euptera, bichir, baby jaguar, convicts, yabby
125g- fahaka puffer, rainbow shark
and about a dozen bettas....Comment

Camel Snus works great. I quit and never looked back. I smoked 3 packs a day. Snus is spitless and is more like candy than skoal. It's easy with Snus and a lot cheaper. Now I just got to figure out how to quit Snus...

Not to be on the bitter side, but I lost my mom last year at age 50. She smoked everyday. Stage 4 lung cancer by the time it was caught. She only lasted a few months after the diagnosis. Everyone is different, but watching my mom die in hospice care before my eyes made me not ever wanna smoke. I took a puff as a kid and it hurt my lungs so I've never tried it but I have seen success stories. My dad was an alcoholic and one day he just decided to stop cold turkey. Good luck man, is not easy i seen many ppl fail just stay strong and have control of the urges. If that fails chantix works amazing in quitting but just gotta deal with the side effects175 tropheus Chaitika
