Thanks!! From what we have pieced together it was a construction team that mistakenly cut into the incorrect line when they werte making repairs at the facility. I am a Lead Operator (Person in Charge) at a Black Elk Energy platform and it is a very safety and enviromentally minded company and feel bad that this accident occured and for those involved.
