I read a couple of books a week. W.E.B. Griffin is a must. Stephen Hunter is another favorite, James Rollins has a lot of fiction that is based in weird facts. George R.R. Martin's Game of Thrones series is a great read. Pillars of the Earth by Ken Follet good. Robert Ludlum is great for spy mystery.
Lee Childs is great as well. Nelson Demille is good mystery. Karen Slaughter is a good read.for true story military, "Good to Go" by Harry Constance is a great story by one of the first SEALS in Vietnam. The Carlos Hathcock story is great as well. There is another author that I like that writes murder mystery set in the south that is good. I'll have to find one of his books at home and give you his name. Larry Mcmurtry wrote the Lonesome Dove series. O have a ton more that I like, but can't remember without looking through my library. Hope this helps.Go to Heaven for the climate Hell for the company.

I buy a lot of books at Goodwill, and H.A.A.M. ( Humble Area Assistance Ministry). Lots of books for $.50 to $2. Tom Clancy is another favorite, all except for his Netforce series.Go to Heaven for the climate Hell for the company.

I buy the majority of my books from the DAV thrift store and half priced books. I had over 500 books until my house burned down now I'm down to about 100 and trying to rebuild what I once had. Had some good Agatha Christie books and a bunch of historical books about history. I once read a world war 2 book about Joseph Mengela that I forget the name of and it was very detailed about the concentration camps. I think it was "The Angel of Death" or something of the sort. Great book. Eye of the Needle is excellent too. The Day of the Jackal is another favorite. So many lol.210gPetrochromis Macrognatus Green 'Nsumbu

Im a BIG James Patterson fan.
I also like Christopher Paolini, William Hill, Anne Rice, Dean Koontz, etc...
I also read other genres of books such as: Neurotic, old literature cultural, self help, etc...
Almost all of my books are in PDF and I have an extensive library.
As far as suspense, Can not go wrong with the James Patterson and I really like Dean Koontz.
Let me know if you want me to send some PDFs over your way SupaDave.

I typically don't read anythnig less than 500 pages and i thought this 600 page read could have been done in about 400 pages.
