What makes it so good is that its actually peyton and not an actor, and the fact that he normally seems so dry.  I believe thats an SNL skit, but not sure.

I have watched it like 8 times today showing different people, and it makes me laugh everytime.

Yeah, its from SNL. Usually when an athlete hosts they're really stiff, unnatural and not funny. Peyton was by far the best. You should try to catch the entire episode--there's a good chance of it repeating with the writer's strike.
