I know there are quite a few gun fanatics on here and I am sure theres a few plinkers sitting in the corner waiting to get taken out! All those squirrel getters, crow snatchers, mice poppers!

I love shooting my guns but nothing beats my plinkers! 550rd box of ammo goes for about $13 and that's a buttload of fun! I really wanna get out now and run a few boxes through my lil babies.

I DO!! I DO!!! ...but those poor dogs are sooo darn cute... LOL! You can come out and shoot turtles in my neighbor's pond...and if you're REAL quiet, you can probably see some in ours to shoot! LOL!  :wink:

Brownsnout, hit up the gun shows!!!  I saw a walther P22 BNIB for $209 cash special from one of the vendors.  This was at the pasadena show last week.  Sometimes, the smaller shows dont have quite the selection but great deals can be found!  Gander was selling them for $249 over black friday weekend as well.

Plinking?  Help me out, I've never heard this term.  Have I been under a rock or something?  I carry an HK USP .40 Compact, and when I go shooting, 'Plink' never comes to mind to describe the sound.   :)

Plinking....shooting loads of ammo for cheap through a small caliber gun....a .40 would not be plinking but I got a killer deal on 2k rds of speer gold dots so it might be considered plinking....

Brownsnoutuk, I was at the GeorgeRBrown show yesterday and the Walther P22 goes for cheap! you could probably get a browning or ruger for not much more though.

There is a pasedena show coming up on the 12/15-16.

Up until they start taking them away from you.....you know, kinda like what they did in NO, after Katrina.

It may not happen anytime soon, but it will happen....but at least you can still plink for now.... :)

As long as we all don't become sheep then they won't be taking anything away.... I actually went to NO during that time and they didn't take anything from me....LA has reciprocracy with Tx.....so I went in packing for war!

I think a few of us here have a little "sumpin sumpin" else for the world takeover.    

The pasadena show is Definitely smaller as far as vendor participation but have found that prices are VERY negotiable especially if you come prepared with cash at these smaller shows.  I dont have any .22s but that is my next purchase after I source a nice compact 9mm for the wifey.
