I've been working in SA during the week for over a year now and have only ventured to a couple of places.  There's Texas Tropical and Marine on Vance Jackson at Loop 410 and Fintiques on West Ave.  There are one or two more in the phone book I haven't made it to yet.  Not to say bad things about SA, they just don't seem to be as "fishy" as Houston, or I haven't found the good places yet.  Let me know if you find any yourself as I'm here almost every week.  Texas Tropical and Marine had/has a good selection of Pleco's.
