    So after 3 months, several design changes and 3 different architects, we finally signed off on the plans. Hopefully things will get moving along and we can break ground soon.

        They started the framing for the foundation. I was hoping for more backyard but the huge foot print of the home took up more than I expected. The first level is 3775 s.ft and the second level 1250 s.ft

          Got a structural engineer out to inspect the foundation plan and everything looks good. Ready for concrete pour...

              It's Houston and new build, nice property in a nice neighborhood. Figure a $100 or $125.00 a square foot.

                Cost? Kind of personal information I'm sure. It's a large custom house, next to a pond with a good amount of property. Enough, is probably a good answer

                            We were hoping that you would understand that asking something this personal isn't really cool and if you knew the Houston market you would know about what he paid for it and be satisfied that that was enough.
