Here's an image of whats wrong..

They've poured the concrete for the atrium. The pipes sticking out of it are for the drains so that when it rains, the water drains out. There's a center drain and also drains on the corners where the gutters would connect to so that the rainwater from the gutters drain out and not into the atrium area. The arrow shows where they misplaced one of the gutter drains. They misplaced it by 4.5 ft away from the corners. And the concrete they poured in the atrium is at least 8 inches deep. The plan now is to wait until the framing is done and the roof is up so that we can know exactly where the down spouts come down from the roof and then move the drain to the exact location. Whats gonna suck for them is to have to break that concrete..

They also installed the mesh in the overflow for the lake in the back so now I can add my koi fish in without worrying about them going over to the other connected lakes when the water level rises..

                        • Man that staircase would be killer to fall down drunk, I've had bad experience with them!

                          House looks great.
