No, you need a combo of dawn (or similar), hydrogen peroxide, and baking soda. Quick summary from the web below:

    1. In the plastic container, combine 1 quart hydrogen peroxide, 1/4 cup baking soda and 1 to 2 teaspoons of liquid soap. Add lukewarm water if needed (for larger dogs). Mix ingredients well. The solution will fizz, as a chemical reaction is occurring. Use immediately - do not store.
    2. Do not soak your dog with water prior to bathing. Promptly begin cleansing the affected areas thoroughly, massaging the solution deep into your dog's coat. You may wish to use a sponge or washcloth. Avoid getting the solution in the eyes, ears or mouth.
    3. Allow the solution to remain on your dog for at least five minutes (longer if strong odor persists).
    4. Rinse your dog well with lukewarm water. Repeat steps 3-5 as necessary until odor is gone.
    5. Dry your dog well and give her a treat!

Works because it breaks up the oil and helps remove the sulfur component causing the smell. Good Luck

+1...I used to work at a dog groomers, we'd do a solution like what's listed here in a small pitcher, soak/scrub the dog with it (not above the neck at all), let them sit for 5-10 min, then rinse, and alternate with tomato juice. Scrub that in, sit for 5, rinse out, mix up another pitcher of 1st solution, etc...as many times as necessary. Takes awhile, but it eventually comes out for the most part. It's good to use a soothing baby shampoo or something with a gentle conditioner as a last step.
        Good luck!
