i have assault weapons and LOVE THEM.  matter of fact.  went and shot my GUNS today.  readin this thread got my trigger finger itchy.

Seriously, I miss my firearm collection, had to sell it off.
The worst problem I see from this whole silly rush to regulate is the active rule-following citizen is almost forced to have unregistered guns to remain armed after the coming gun roundup takes place.
And it will be implemented, the path is clear unless some serious social upheaveal takes place; like a few mass shootings by Al Quada types with armed citizens responding effectively, or another L A riot type situation which should scare the average person into thinking a bit more rational.
Anyone ever had an immediate response from a 911 call for the Police? Takes a while to get armed help if you are in the deep stuff; thank God for self defense when you really need it.

where i live the police for takes the weekends off.  well after 5 pm so u gotta call sheriffs department. well they could be anywhere in the county, and i live on the edge of the county.  my county is waller but accross teh street is harrris.  so weekend lawmen help is hard to get usually.  so i take care of it myself.  my wife knows how to shoot too. very well.
