ok, havin a hard time figurin out what to cook the ol lady for dinner tonight. Last night a baked a pork tenderloin that I cut to unroll flat, seasoned it with garlic, herbs, and such, rolled it back up, tied it together and baked.  Night before that I made home made turkey chili.  I have also made spagetti (homemade), ribeyes, and more but cant remember.  anyway,  been readin recipes and cant find anything sounds good. help me out. whats your favorite recipe.  share.  heres mine..

    i call it soy-u-chicken

boneless skinless chicken thighs (white meat doesnt marinate as well)
    soy sauce
    little garlic powder

marinate chicken in soy sauce for 4 -6 hours no longer or makes it to soyiy an salty.
grill chicken, eat with rice and mix asian veggies.  great.  i love it and my wife does too

At some point in time, (maybe not very far far away) we will be happy to have any of the above. :)

My 8 year old loves Chicken Strips and special sauce.

The special sauce is a 1:1 mix of Ketchup, Ranch Dressing, and Mustard sprinkle in Tony's Chasseirs(?) cajun spice.

Its puts a huge smile on her face every time I make it.

okay, I really enjoy cooking so I am sharing a couple of my personal favs. Girlgeek doesn't cook so much (At all really) ISOLY baby

                        Stuffed chicken breast:

Whole boneless chicken breast sliced in the middle to create a pocket.
                        Stuff with (Some options)
                           - Fresh basil, Feta, prosciutto
                           - Feta, jalapenos, ham
                           - Goat cheese, basil, minced garlic
Rub with olive oil and season (Some options)
                           - Lemon pepper, garlic powder
                           - Rub of choice (I like a homemade espresso, cayenne pepper and garlic powder with Worchester sauce)
                           - Parmesan
                        Cook 20 min at 375

Note: You can use pretty much any variation of stuffing and seasoning depending on your taste but you need to consider a cheese that melt without getting too runny.

                        Spicy Seafood Fettuccini alfredo:

eh, I'll wait for the next thread
