Would like to, but can't because I need the side cabinets. This is also my home office so need some "work" space as well.

Yeah, the big tanks are nice... But I don't know if I can go that big. I think a 150 is the most realistic for me since I don't want to go deeper than 18".

Scarecrow: I don't know... But some people without brains do an awful lot of talking... don't they?
Dorothy: Yes, I guess you're right.

If it's just a dream.... Make mine about 8 foot long, maybe 4 foot wide. Cut appropriate size hole in ceiling, and build tank all the way to the second floor ceiling. install super ultra major filtration in the attic.

The title should be edited to "your list of dream gear for a 150 gallon tank". So misleading...

My dream tank is a 16ftx4ftx30" with an array of 3x 300 gallon sumps underneath, one with plants to eat up nitrates. This will become reality one day.

Couples 300 gallon, couples 225 gallon with tall stand (36" to 42") in the same room would be my dream tanks .72"X24"X30" and 96"X24"X30".

Nice! My dream tank is a 12'x6'x4' glass tank with a monster 1000gal wet/dry, moving bed, and sock filtration setup. Lots of reactors and constant drip water change setup. Stainless steel stand, ecoxotic cannons. Open stand and just a steel canopy for the lights to attach to. Baller status.

Mine would be a 12' by 4' by 4'. Pack it with freshwater stingrays, peacock bass, red tail catfish, and petenia splendida. The native petenia, not the orange one.
