You'd have to get up it first!

Missed it in the photo but the curb leading to the road filled with crazy hispanic drivers was about 3' from the end of the ramp.

Fun if you had legs to jump off before being hit by a car/motorcycle/bus

If those guys did, they would probably do it in a shopping cart while having a stick of dynamite inserted into their rectum!

If you saw Jack@$$ 2 and 2.5, you'd see Steve-O and friends are fully capable of the feat I mentioned. It's not beyond or above them.

Well. if you're in Mexico a lot, you know that the knee-high railing is probably a recent improvement added due to social pressure; speed bumps are made by whoever that particular village pays to make them...6" or 1' high, whatever; ramps with slick tile are hi-tech for Mexico.
EK is lucky to have a wheelchair, imagine how good a target a person on crutches would be!
I'm puzzled as to why there is a wheelchair ramp...!

looks like that ramp goes into a liquor store.  lol.
mexico could be so much more nicer if theyd care.  the will do construction, and dump the debris in a field down the road so theres trash everywhere.  its crazy.  they start construction projects and never finish them.  city projects.  you be walkin down a sidewalk there workin on and rebarb will be sticking up in the air with no safety caps on them,  so fence around the area nothing.  OSHA NIGHTMARE.  lol
