Concrete stain/epoxy or tile

I'm moving into my house 2 weeks from today. My "fishroom" currently has carpet and I know if I keep it there, I know i will regret it in the long run.

It's a 11x12 room with a 4x3 closet and a 2x3 entryway into room. Roughly 160 sq ft.

There are 3 floor types that Im interested in:
1) Tile. To match the tile in my kitchen bathrooms. I can buy the tile, the same stuff is available at home depot.
2) Concrete Epoxy
3) Concrete staining.

Does anyone, or know anyone who can do these types of projects? I've gotten quotes across the board from larger companies. Just peeking around elsewhere before I commit.

Not sure how the others compare price wise, but when I turn the pool room into a fish room, I'm putting down that Epoxyshield they carry at home depot. Stuff seems pretty legit. Shouldn't be hard to do yourself either

I keep reading the importance or really properly cleaning the floor prior to laying down the epoxy. I'd rather not try and do it myself.
