Re: Trouble for Hillary?
Might I point out that Europe is approx 3,000 miles across, most people don't cross borders in their daily driving, but go short distances and all works out.
Here, we go 50 miles from one end of Houston to the southern neighborhoods, then go another 50 or so miles to the northern area.
100 miles at $7 a gallon, and assuming 20 miles a gallon, 5 x7=$35 for a little car to drive around Houston.
We will be economically shut down when you have to stay in your area of town for food, clothing, govt services, and just to see Mom or Chris...forget GHAC meetings.
People rarely use perspective when expounding a scenario, but relativity is what defines a situation as relevant or hypothetical.
I don't want to see the American way of life go the way of the American Bison, and we need to look carefully at what we espouse as a system of govt.
A gun in every house, health care for citizens only, oversight of our legislative bodies...pipe dreams for the various masses.
We need to be aware of the biggest crisis in our lives...the wolf is at the door.
We are at war, and so many don't think the fighting is real unless we hear the bullets zip overhead.
And if some group controls the economy you depend on, to the exclusion of our interests, do you really want to wait til things are so bad we all remember gas stations fondly from our youth?
The large number of Western countries are going to have to begin a serious effort to bring the wagons into a circle, or we will fail to protect the heritage we have to pass on to the next generation.
American history is vast and convoluted, but we are some of everyone and there is a quality of life here special to the US; loosing it would be a historical crime.
Liberal Republican or Conservative Democrat...quit arguing and look around you. There are things that need taking care of...not by Hillary R. or B. Hussein, but by us.
Unless Bugs Bunny is available....!
