    electronic help needed

    okay...i give up....i have tried to figure out something with installing electronics and i'm at my wits end....i'm a nurse not an engineer dangit...
    if you have electronics smarts and i'm not talking about trial and errors...but real technological abilities about electronic installations (not computer related) please pm me and i'll explain the jest of my dilema....and see if you can help me out here....

        I am guessing she is having an issue with her new WI she got for mothers day. She cannot get it to run in color, only B&W.

        I'm not sure about this though, just a guess...
