              Re: Happy 4th of July!!!

Speaking of seeing stars, a friend of mine and her husband and another couple have started a campground in Riverside Texas.  All sites have electricity and water.  The "Under Construction" website is www.riversideadventurestexas.com

I went on Saturday...they had a July 5th fireworks display.  It was awesome.  They are right off the Trinity River.  I was impressed.  They have a lot to do before the grounds are finished, but if you want to get away and have a tent or a camper, it is a pretty nice area.  Also, considering they aren't finished... it isn't crowded.  Note: Shower house is not finished and for right now the bathroom is a portapotty.    Standing at the water (which is a kind of cove off the river) I watched the fish jumping at dusk.  This area hasn't been fished a lot.  They would love for some people to come out and camp/fish/visit.

              Anyway.... I enjoyed my 5th! ;-)
