Are there any musicians here?

I'm sure there are several.  Where do you live and what instruments do you play?  What style of music do you play?

I play the mandolin, guitar and the djembe.  I play bluegrass, gypsy, swing and folk.  I'm looking for anyone who wants to get together, hang out, cook food and grub and jam.

Played piano for 2 years, then I got into percussion. I played drums for about 6 years, I just don't have my set anymore. :( I'll definitely buy another one once I'm done with college.

My oldest son (15) plays the violin.  He plays for the School's orchestra.  He also dabbles with the electric guitar.  

Of course he is very good at playing Guitar Hero... 8O

Diehl plays fiddle and does irish, gypsy, bluegrass, classical, and gods only knows what else...

I have heard him and his friends turn the mariobrothers theme song into a contradance - then get glared at when the dancers were laughing too hard and the pattern got messed up :)

I will tell him to pm you because he doesn't go on the box often.
