Well, he does have a little worm like tongue if I'm thinking of the right fish, and I had forgotten about these guys....they are called Angler's.  I'm not very good with Salt water stuff...

are you talking about the fish in finding nemo?....it had a little light hangie thingie over it's head....and it mezmerized dory and nemo's daddy.....marlon....anyway.....it lured them close and then it showed it had BIG AND I MEAN BIG TEETH....is that what your talkin about????

I think the real angler fish has an appendenge inside his mouth, that he uses to lure fish close enough to eat....I could be wrong....??

I looked it up, it's the alligator snapping turtle...he has a little worm he wiggles inside his mouth to attrack fish over for dinner....

Yeah the angler has the lure coming out it's head....some have it some don't
