Whats your take on this??? Heres my OPINION.

To me, under no cirumstances should there be a person of opposite sex in a room during a strip search or a person of opposite sex doing a patdown. Its not ok for a guy at the bar to see your wife naked, whats the differnce between a cop and the guy at the bar??? If that same cop was out of his uniform doing what that video shows, it would most definantly be rape. But they are trying to say that uniform makes it ok. Cops shouldnt be able to do anything more than you or I. And should have to follow the laws just like you and I. I'll be the first to admit that there are special circumstances to every situation, and exceptions to every rule, but this is not one of them.

Granit, we do have it better when it comes to what police can do than most other countries. Police harrassment although mostly isolated occurences, can and do happen. I really am grateful that we have a organized law enforcement system, it keeps us and our loved ones safe. To me the problem lies in the 1% of officers that take their power too far.

Examples:

1A: You find a guy forcibly taking off your wifes cloths, you beat his A$$ call the cops and he goes to jail.

1B: The guy was a cop he was searching her, you go to jail for assaulting an officer.

2A: Guy throws your wife on the ground, you beat his A$$ call the cops and he goes to jail.

2B: The guy was a cop, he was arresting her, you go to jail for assaulting an officer.

You have a right to protect your family, but when it comes to a cop your trying to protect them from you have to sit and watch.

How would you feel having to watch your loved one getting manhandled by a police officer???



Sorry this video made me think of my Mother, Sister, and GF actually all the females I know. Just pissed me off. I feel bad for the girl and her husband having to see that video.... I just had to vent..... again this is just my opinion.

Like I've said before...I hate to be pessimistic about my own countrymen. I hate to admit that there is so much corruption in the law enforcement system, but there is.

I've seen it first hand, I've been to clubs where I've actually SEEN cops confiscate drugs and then sell them back double or triple the price and basically promise safety to the buyers to use them openly. It's unbelievable.
I've sold plans to companies, went to the job site and the contractors will actually PAY the sheriff or officer to not check green cards. It's amazing what law enforcement is becoming.
I actually reported this happening to another cop and all that I got was a phone call saying that "the office was taking this matter very seriously and it was being investigated". I've had the same cop about 5 times since then on my sites. Unbelievable. These illegal immigrants are getting paid $4 an hour and a hamburger to work a 12 hour day. Just a few days ago, there were two officers parked outside Randalls with their lights flashing parked in the fire lane, 5 minutes later they walk about...talking on their cell phones laughing with groceries in hand. What if I did that? What if I parked my car and went inside to get a friggin' chicken? They would write me a ticket so fast it would be unreal. Are you effin kidding me? There's nothing anyone can do, it's an internal problem. I hope this lady sues the hell out of them. And I hope that those cops get fired. How can you be a police officer who enforces rules if you don't follow them yourself? I guess rules apply for everyone but police officers. I have many people in my family who are law enforcement officers...trust me it's from the inside. Even they're a little crooked. It's absolutely insane.

I'm sorry guys, again, I hate to be pessimistic...but it's time to thin the herd.

I cant see the video since I'm at work... but why were they filming it in the first place...I for one cant wait to see the next edition of "Hot cop on suspect action"

The sex of the person in the room conducting the search should be chosen by the person being searched if possible

they really shouldnt happen unless absolutely necesary and should only happen in carefully controlled circumstances and following specific procedures to protect all involved.


another thing that shouldnt happen are the "no knock" warrants, where they just send the swat team in to storm the house with guns drawn and search the place.

There have been cases where no knock warrants have been issued based on very circumstantial evidence and heresay.  and in some of these cases people have been shot...

My first instinct if people Kick down my door and start screaming is going to be to grab my gun and defend myself...

I've seen another copy of this video a while back, the woman was being scarcastic to the officers, but it wasn't anything to outrageous, I mean her attitude is understandable since she was the one who they where called on to assist in the first place.

This is what happens when you disrepect their authority...they brutalize you.

I know the officers feel badly once they are exposed, and I think everyone involved has/had something they want to say in this matter. I hope in court, the city loses and the troublesome 125 pound rape victim gets a few million dollars and her sisters drivers license returned.

Seriously, you must treat law inforcement personnel with all due respect, now you don't have to kiss hinney, but you do need to use common sense when communicating with someone with the power to arrest and in some cases abuse you.

Unfortunately this is the sad truth. Police Officers deal with so much trash, that when they do deal with nice people in stressful situations they are often too jaded to identify them.

Now, if you all want to see a video that will just make you disgusted, then watch the this. My blood still boils every time I watch it.

I have been brutalized by our local law enforcement........Although it sucked I now see that I was at fault.....Elbows, Shotgun stock, batons and fist hurt bad when you wake up in a cold cell.

There are many, many corrupt police officers. I have seen the "dirty" cops in clubs as well. I have gone to school with people whom became police officers. I have no idea how these people passed the background checks or drug testing. Heck, this week alone, we just had one of our local officers arrested for drug dealing and theft. Surely, you all have seen that on the news. He just went to court yesterday. There are good and bad people in every law enforcement agancy. Hopefully, more good than bad. Just because someone wears a law enforcement uniform, does not mean that person is innocent and trustworthy.

Both of these videos are upsetting.

I had a friend almost taken advantage of at a concert.....she was beyond wasted but the officer knew what he was doing....luckily I saw in the corner of my eye what was going on.

The cops in the first video need to go to jail.

I can semi-reason with the dog shooting. Nobody should have to get attacked by a dog, even if its a small dog. The dog ran at the cop, even if he wasnt going to bite he still threatened the guy.,

If that "man" isn't man enough to kick off a dog, he isn't man enough to carry a gun.
He had other options but he wanted to be a puckerhole. It's all unacceptable.

Dog had a vicious look on it's face when it approached the officer and also looked like it leaped towards the officer.....I would have shot it as well, says it was a "felony stop".

I didn't comment on the dog because I can't see or hear enough to make an opinion. That dog was in the car for a while before coming out. For all I know, the dog was coming out to play or to simply join his/her master. The cop chose to pull trigger very quickly. But again, I can't tell if the dog was running in anger and growling towards the officer. Also, if I was the passenger, I would have shut the door when I got out of the car so the dog couldn't run away. But then again, the dog may have a history of not running away. In addition, the passenger may have been too nervous or distracted to think about the dog at that time. He/she had good reason to be nervous. Finally, I just can't see or say if the cop was in the wrong without furter review. Hmmm.........
