Nice Apt in downtown area

I've been having alot of meetings downtown and driving back to Galveston is a pain.
I'm not going to be there often, maybe 10 times a month at most.

So, if anyone knows a nice place that's up for rent, let me know.
It should be in the downtown area if possible.
Preferably a studio or loft but it's not necessary.

I guess the Galleria area would be sufficient as well, either is fine.

up to $1500. I'd prefer it would be lower but it's in my budget. I still have to pay the $1500 a month for my loft here.  8O

Found one.
You all can look forward to a few meetings at "The Lofts at the Ballpark".  

It was more than I had wanted to spend but luckily it's still in my budget. Now all that I need is a BIG tank in the living room.
