Lets take a moment and reflect our Fish Box History.
When the forum first started there was no lounge section.
Then after several recomendations to Mr.Fishbox, this section was started. When he started this section, it was meant to be a place for venting, fighting, posting anything you want basically, as LONG AS it followed the language rules. This is why this section used to not come up in the "Recent Topics" part of the main page and top of the forum page.
Then after about 8 months of useage people started complaining that they wanted to "The Lounge" section to start poping up in the "Recent Topics". BUT there was no mention of a rules change to the Lounge postings.
I am not trying to attack or defend anyone,...I just trying to remind people what this section was started on.
Take care...Happy Posting....,
Geoff

I am sorry I missed the discussion where ranting & raving and rude behavior might become acceptable. It must have happened during the months I spent in the Hospital having internet withdrawal. The “Dark Side” is not publicly acceptable to me. And if enough of the box users do not like the way I play “Moderator” they can PM the ADMINISTRATOR and have me removed. It’s not a paying job and sometimes I wonder why I bother. Well, that’s not entirely true. I come to the box to have a good time. If I’m not having a good time I can do other things I enjoy. I expect other box users have similar expectations. So if you want to rant & rave and behave like an @$$, please have the courtesy to do it in a PM.
Thanks
J.R.
'Dear Lord,' the minister began, with arms extended toward heaven and a rapturous look on his upturned face. 'Without you, we are but dust ...'
He would have continued but at that moment my very obedient daughter who was listening leaned over to me and asked quite audibly in her shrill little four-year old girl voice, 'Mom, what is butt dust?'
