    Its smart because she is a woman hunter, member of NRA, and from the state where the most protected oil reserves are, and she can tell the real storey about it all, because she was the governor.  She also lives in her home state where the most GLobal Warming impact is hitting of all states.

    So, she's pro energy, pro guns, pro enviroment, and a young 44 years old.

    Sounds good to me.

    It didnt work for Mondale though...

      Not sure what kind of president she'll make, Steve. Bush Sr. had all kinds of overseas experience and look what kind of president he was. The reason I think it was a brilliant POLITICAL move is because it will get McCain votes. She's gorgeous, and we love electing pretty people, she has a special needs son, which gets her even more mileage, and I think many of the women who wanted Hillary on the Dem ticket will be drawn to her. I think Obama has his hands full at this point.

            Well personally, I don't care now that Ron Paul is out of the picture, guess I'm going have to start my own thread about looking for a pistol, shotgun, assult rifle and maybe some claymores too..... :wink:

              I will second the thought that she is hot for a political women I have ever seen. I too would have picked Kay Bailey or I would have picked Condi, both are seasoned and very smart but we will see what happens with Pallin or however you spell it.
