Ad says seller is in PA. You can't buy or sell asian aros in the US. In the US you are only allowed to have one kind of Arowana -- silver Arowana. You can still keep your non-silver Arowana if it was born prior to 1986.

All arowana's except the silver is on the endangered species list.
US law states if the wild life is endangered then it cannot be imported.
There are several petitions for chipped and bred in farm arowana's to be legalized in the US since many other countries have legalized them, but currently they are not.
