In Schuabs first full season 11 games started, we were 8-8.  This year who knows...

Didn't your boy Sage win 4 of those games?

I agree with delock's statement, "You want a qb that can win games.  If VY came to Houston he would been killer with Andre."

Offensively, it took a fourth-down conversion on each of their first two drives for them to build a 10-0 lead. Those points hardly came as easily as they seemed to for the Colts we've seen in recent years. And this offense showed it's capable of not threatening the scoreboard for 2 1/2 quarters at a time.

A lot of people stayed home.
I stink at crowd estimating, but a press box colleague agreed it was not unreasonable to estimate a quarter of the red and blue seats throughout Reliant Stadium were empty. While the team sought to provide an afternoon distraction, plenty of people in the city and the region could still have far more important things to do that take in a football game.


I dont think so because they had to burn a timeout on their first drive, but then they made the next play a 4th and 1 and they made it...

I can't hate....I got my degree from UH, but you know how CUSA football is......to say the least it's hard to be a college football fan when your team plays in CUSA.

I think the situation would have been different for VY if he came here. I from the beginning didnt think that Sage was the man. Everyone wanted Sage after Schaub struggled. And then last weekend happened proving my point that there are reasons why Sage is not the starting QB and has not in his career been given a real chance because he is and always will be a back up QB. Go UT they will win the south and go on to the national championship game.

Great game they better be ranked 1 or atleast 2. Hopefully they can win out and be the undisputed #1 team and I will be in KC to watch them in the Big 12 game. Go UT

it was a great game.....the tech game was good too.

I don't think UT would be ranked first....but they should be up there. Missouri might win and they were rated 4th before the game today.  Alabama is also undefeated at 6-0. So those two teams might move up.

But I can't wait until the Texans game tomorrow.  I want to see Jake Long. I wonder if he could stop Mario.  It's Long's first year so Mario should get a sack or two.
