steve hooked me up with a brand spankin new aquaclear 110.  BRANDNEW for cheap.  thanks. steve. never regretted it, or the free fish awhile back.  I say price stuff as you want.  if someone wants it great.  if not PISS OFF.

Im sorry that a mistake was made on the fish.

When I got envolved to try and make it right, it seems it had been worked out between the two of you, and the Geeks gave you the fish.

That was my understanding on how that happend.

Geoff, you don't have anything to apologize for.

What CF is failing to mention is that my wife went to Dave's to help and offered to pick up CF's fish for him as well. He waiverd off and on. He was in and then he was out, than back in, and then out again. Us on the other hand committed to the buy and never even thought about backing out. I'm sure Dave wasn't exactly pleased with his experience either.

That's great for you. Even Ryan at planetinverts has posative feedback from HFBers on his site but you can go see that he took advantage of others as well. People have a right to know what kind of people are here reaching into their pockets and personally, those are the people who should "PISS OFF"

Wow I have to honestly say that EVERYONE on the box has  turned into a bunch of STUPID *** KIDS.  I remembered when I first joined I though everyone was great and that this was a nice civil place to come to talk about a hobby and buy and sell stuff.  But now because of select IDIOTS on here its no fun anymore.  Waste of time it seems to evan come on here.  
If CF is tryin to rip someone off then hes not the first one.  I know for a fact that people on here sell so called F1 that arent.  not gonna name names but people here have bought fry from someone who bought fry off the box here and then turned around and sold them as F1 only for that person who bought the so called F1 to find out that they were actually his fry that he originally sold.  so if CF tryed to make a few bucks.  WHO GIVES A ****.  IF you dont like his price dont buy.  IGNORE him and he will go away.  Im sure your pricing on your stuff has always been so far and honest.  IF CF takes his time and money to buy something and then turn around and sell it again.  thats his problem.  you shoulda beat him to the original buy.  if not then dont cry over it.  its a free market buy or sell as you want.  

Furthur more,  I dont understand how this forum can all the sudden in a few months go from great to absolute ****.  people lieing, fighting, and argueing like little kids.  GROW UP.

We VERY rarely sell fish for this very reason. We don't want to deal with the awkward situation associated with the deal. I think we've sold fry twice. We usually offer our fish to friends and trade fry with people we know and trust.

I don't mind people selling things. We buy here all the time but there is a differece in buying from someone in an honest fashion and someone like CF who makes up stories about where things come from and how he came about having it i.e. the sand for example.

Whenever Steve needs a little extra $$$ he pops up with a thread about getting sand. It sounds like he told you a similar story to what he told us. Something like...

"I have to drive to Willis to pick it up from the quarry. I'm using all this gas and fronting the moey"

The truth is, he got the first batch from Charles at Fish Ranch. Charles gave him the name of the LOCAL houston distributor which is about 12 miles from where Steve works. They sell this sand by the bag for $7. I don't mind Steve buying and selling the sand, it's the way he does it with this made up story. I buy mine from Fish Ranch now and am happy to pay Charles for his efforts. He is honest about how he does business.
