Nice ARs. I wish I had time to get into class 3 firearms. I don't have any pistols currently, except for my wifes Sig P250 9mm. When I have time again, I'll go back to shooting. I plan on getting a Sig 226 9mm, and a Sig 1911 scorpion 45mm. Love Sigs! I guess if I was to get an assult rifle it woud be a Sig M400 of some type. Gonna buy my wife a Browning semi-auto 20 ga to replace her 12 ga, end of summer. I'll probably get a Benelli (tactical or M2) or Mossberg 500 (depending on how much I spend on my wife's shotgun) same time.

While were talking guns, just curious if any one has fired or owns a Ruger Super Red Hawk Alaskan .454 casull? I'm just imagining a bazooka with pistol grip and 5 shots...

Actually the Alaskan is a 6-shot, in all calibers - 454 Casull, 45 Colt, and 480. I think they might even make it in 44 Magnum.

I've never shot one, or even seen one, but I bet it's a painful gun to shoot, despite the large frame.

Your right it holds 6 shots. Sorry the only one I've seen is the Freedom Arms conversion which holds 5 shots. The 480 originally came out with a 6 shot model but had issues then came out in only 5 shot.
